How to register McLean High School for the Giant A+ BonusBucks, the Safeway escrip Program and the Harris Teeter Together in Education program

Giant

You can renew your Giant Bonus Card by phone (877-366-2668), at your local Giant Store at the Customer Service Desk or via internet.

1. Log on to www.giantfood.com
2. Click on the A+ BonusBucks
3. Click on Designate Schools and follow their directions
4. Go to Express Method, type in the box where it says School 1: 01997. This is our school ID
5. Click on Complete School designation
6. Click on Confirm My Information
7. It will tell you Your Information has been submitted.
8. You are done

Safeway

You can renew you Safeway Club Card by phone (800-801-4973), at your Local Safeway Store at the Customer Service Desk, or via internet.

Here is how it works for Safeway. The eScrip program it is a bit different, depending on your current eScrip status.

New registration: You have never registered your Safeway Club Card to support any school.

1. Log on to www.escrip.com
2. You will see a gray box which says Make a difference in four easy steps
3. Click on 1
4. Click on Group ID, type in 6663355 and hit search
5. Click on McLean High School PTSA
6. Click on next
7. Provide the information it asks for
8. Click on next
9. Select Safeway and enter your 11digit Safeway Club Card #
10. Click next. Do not bother with this
11. Click next until it asks you to confirm
12. You are done

You are already a supporter of McLean High School and need to renew your Safeway Club Card in order for McLean High School to receive the credit.

1. Log on to www.escrip.com
2. Click on renew yes
3. Go to select a card, click on Safeway, enter your 11 digit Safeway Club Card # and hit enter
4. It will tell you that your renewal has been accepted
5. Sign off and a Cookie page will pop up saying Welcome your name and your school.
6. Done

You are a supporter of your child’s previous school and would now like to designate McLean High School PTSA.

1. Log on to www.escrip.com
2. You will either see a page that says Welcome your name and the name of the school that you are currently supporting, this is called a cookie page, or the escrip homepage.
3. Cookie Page: Click on My escrip
4. Your Supporter ID or Username will appear, it will ask you to type in your Password. You forgot your password, click on supporters@escrip.com, provide the information, log off and wait until you received an email with your password and your Supporter ID and start over.
5. Next you will see a list under the heading of What can I do in my escrip?
6. Click on change my group selection
7. It will tell you that you have selected to support the name of the school you originally signed up for
8. To change to McLean High School PTSA click on Group ID, type in6663355l and click search
9. Click on McLean High School PTSA
10. Click on Update which brings up all of your information. At this point you can change your password to something you can actually remember.
11. Sign off and you are done

eScrip home page

1. Click on Members/Supporters
2. Click on My eScrip
3. Where it asks for Supporter ID or Username type in 6663355 and your password, if you know it. If you know your password, type it in and continue with steps 4-8 of the cookie page.
4. If you do not know your password click on suportes@escrip.com, provide the information, log off and wait until you have received your password. The next time you log on you will have a cookie page and can use those instructions.

Harris Teeter Together in Education

We also participate in Harris Teeter’s Together in Education program. Simply tell the cashier during check-out that you want your VIC card linked to organization number 5560 or go to www.harristeeter.com and click on Together in Education and then click on Link your Vic card NOW. Five percent of you private label purchase will go to McLean High School’s account.

Need more help?

If you decide that you would like for me to do this for you. Here is what I can and can not do.

Giant Bonus Card:

I am able to renew your Giant Bonus Card if you provide me with you name and your 12 digit Giant Bonus Card number. Your Phone number does NOT work, nor am I able to register your Giant Bonus Card.

Escrip Safeway Club Card:

I am able to renew your Safeway Club Card if you have currently designated McLean High School as your School. If so I need your name and your 11 digit Safeway Club Card number. Your phone number does NOT work.

I can also register your Safeway Club Card if you are a new subscriber, if you provide me with your 11 digit Safeway Club Card number, Name, Address, and Phone # and email address.

I can not change your school designation from for example Longfellow Middle School to McLean High School.
