Membership & Givebacks
Membership & Givebacks
Grows PTSA membership and manages the Givebacks platform. Volunteers promote membership, assist with online registration, maintain records, and support member engagement.

Community Partnerships & Fundraising
Community Partnerships & Fundraising
Builds community support through business partnerships, Restaurant Nights, the Auction Gala, and other fundraising events. Volunteers secure sponsorships and coordinate initiatives that benefit McLean High School students and families.

Audit
Conducts an annual review of the PTSA's financial records to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with PTA policies — verifying that funds are managed responsibly and reported correctly.

Communications & Media Committee
Communications & Media Committee
Shares PTSA news, programs, and events with the MHS community through the website, newsletters, social media, and other channels. Also captures and manages photos and media to preserve the school community's memories.

Facilities Advocacy Committee
Facilities Advocacy Committee
Advocates for a safe, functional, and equitable learning environment at McLean High School. Through community surveys, facility assessments, and data-driven reports, the committee identifies needs, raises awareness, and works with stakeholders to support meaningful facility improvements.
